Company SILA d.o.o. was founded in 1919, and was completely privatised in 1991. as a modern and manufacturing company with 230 employees and constant employment tendency for new employees. The knowledge based on tradition, experience and following the latest technical and technological progress are the warranty for competitive quality and competitive advantages of our products. Due to constant training of our specialists in all the aspects of business, SILA always aims to fulfil all of our clients' business demands and is capable of solving complicated projects by CAD system and CNC machining in production. SILA Quality System is certified to comply with ISO Standards 9001:2000 which is a recognized sign of quality but also a commitment for further development of our business activities in order to satisfy our customers and employees. By investing substantial funds, we are expending production capacities, developing present and introducing new production programmes. Our factory is located of about 40000 m2 of which 10000 m2 are production facilities. Production capacity of Sila is made of modern metal machining equipment. SILA master mission is becoming a part of the world-wide market whereas our export references already exist.

SILA is realizing its vision based on substantial human and material resources and constantly market monitoring according to customers needs, grooving into a stabile and significant company, guaranteeing total quality in order to provide customers, shareholders and employees with maximum satisfaction. The Quality System of SILA was registered according to ISO 9001:2000 and is based on the quality control during all individual activities within functions and organizational parts, respecting of the Company's directives and operational practices and processes. Supporting our customers with a high quality service and aiming at reaching higher quality standard in SILA is our main target.

The final target in SILA Zagreb is production and sales of high quality products and services to great satisfaction of our clients, constantly exploitation of new market opportunities and being able to compete with the competition. Our customers' requirements represent the central figure of our operation and we are focused on keeping the reputation of a reliable manufacturer and trustworthy supplier to our customers.

In SILA we are well aware of the fact that not only the content customer is our priority but also the employees with their knowledge, motivation and commitment to the company represent an important capital, which is worth investing in and developing it. Therefore we are focusing much attention to the constant training of our employees in improving of quality process and products.
